Tuscan-based Antonio Mattei has been creating traditional confectionery since 1858. The biscuits are still made following the traditional recipe and are baked daily in-house. Once ready, the biscuits are carefully placed one-by-one into the classic blue Mattei bag.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, dark chocolate (20% cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla pods), free range eggs.
